I was in the mood for a night cap and found this cafe, that was opened after 8:00 pm when most other cafes in this part of Tokyo were already closed. This cafe is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I used Google translate to communicate. They accept credit card payment. The staff were very friendly. I order cheesecake and hot black tea which I fulljoyed.

There are actually several nice cafes in the Koto City, including Fukadaso, aside from the popular Blue Bottle. Fukadaso used to be a building that was a combination of an apartment and a warehouse, dating back 50 years ago. Tomoko Fukada, the founder and operator of Fukadaso, made an effort to preserve the historical sense and charm of the building through careful cleaning and repair instead of destroying or altering its original structure. She also added some antique furniture and decorations to create a warm and natural atmosphere within the cafe, which is why many people are willing to queue for an hour to visit. I believe that there are several reasons why Fukadaso Cafe is well-liked. Its environment is comfortable and inviting, with numerous plants and wooden furniture that create a natural and warm atmosphere. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and professional, and they will happily suggest suitable drinks or food according to the customers' preferences. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, with a cup of coffee costing around 300 yen and desserts or light meals costing less than 500 yen. #jessintokyo #jcintokyo #jccafehopping #fukasado #warehousecafe #kotocity #tokyo #tokyocafehopping

This cafe was so cute! Even though there's only about a 1hr time limit, the matcha pancakes were quite delicious. The pancakes were like a soft castella texture and the matcha sauce was not too bitter and not too sweet. Actually, the red bean topping was much more sweeter in comparison. There is nothing too special about the interior but from the backdoor there is quite a lovely and intimate area with only one table. I think this one spot is really pretty but perhaps you may have to request it earlier. Overall, the drinks and pancakes were delicious!
